THE WHY
After playing competitive basketball for over 20 years and coaching youth basketball and soccer for 10 years, I have a love and knowledge of the sport and how it should be played. While coaching, I have observed that many young athletes require development in the basic fundamentals of the sports, along with a lack of confidence. Every young athlete deserves the best of what sports has to offer! But where does that journey start and how can we help our kids reach their goals?
I believe that every young athlete deserves to understand the basics of the game, the tools they have to improve, and to have a safe environment to learn and grow. These athletes deserve to walk into any tryout with a very high level of confidence, knowledge, and a love for the game. These goals have empowered me to share my knowledge and passion through Coach Jake Training.
